LeadDrop monitors local online community conversations and alerts subscribers when a service request matching their selected categories is detected. Leads are delivered hourly via Telegram, email, or SMS depending on your plan.
LeadDrop is a monthly subscription service. Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Pricing is as displayed at checkout. Additional add-ons (SMS alerts, unlimited categories) are billed as part of your monthly subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
We filter for genuine service requests, but we cannot guarantee that every lead will convert into paid work. LeadDrop provides the opportunity — closing the job is up to you.
The service is intended for individual tradespeople and service businesses. Reselling leads, scraping our platform, or using automated systems to interact with the service is prohibited.
LeadDrop is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding lead quality, volume, or conversion rates. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding month.
We may update these terms from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
